Are your products intended to treat medical conditions?
No. Our blends and balms are for everyday self-care and cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How do I patch test?
Apply a small amount to clean skin on the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and wash the area with mild soap and water.
Can I use Deep Soothe Oil Blend and the Deep Soothe Tallow Balm together?
Yes. Many people apply a few drops of Deep Soothe Oil Blend to the area, then lightly layer the Tallow Balm on top.
What’s the best way to use the oils?
Start with 1–3 drops, massage into the area for 20–30 seconds, and add more only if needed. Less is usually more with concentrated essential oils.
How much essential oil is in each product?
Each formula uses a gentle, cosmetic-appropriate dilution designed for regular topical use. If you have specific concerns or sensitivities, reach out and we can share general ranges.
Are the ingredient names (INCI) different from common names?
Yes. We list both where helpful. INCI is the standardized botanical name (e.g., “Nigella sativa L.” for black seed).
Do you use synthetic fragrance?
No. Our aromas come from essential oils and natural materials only—no synthetic fragrance oils.
Where do you source your tallow and botanicals?
We prioritize local and regional sourcing where quality allows and partner with trusted suppliers for botanicals best grown elsewhere.
Is this safe during pregnancy or while nursing?
Everyone is different. If you’re pregnant, nursing, or have a specific medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using essential-oil products.
Are your products okay for kids or pets?
Our products are formulated for adult external use. Keep away from children and pets.
How should I store the products?
Keep containers tightly closed, away from heat and direct sunlight. Use clean, dry hands or tools to avoid introducing moisture.
